This teak table, finished in high gloss varnish, is sited in a semi-exposed position on the deck of Ilona, a 74 metre yacht built at Amels shipyard in Holland.
At 2.7 metres in diameter it is the largest table we have created so far and will seat fourteen diners.
Ilona’s high-end design also features a hangar for the yacht’s helicopter that enables the vehicle to sink below deck in the manner of an aircraft carrier. Boat International, in their article about the yacht, compared the table and the helicopter port in the imaginative design, calling the table “awe inspiring and pure magic”. It is!
